How real estate fractionalization works

Real estate fractionalization converts the economics of a property into smaller interests. This marketplace model lets an asset be held by many participants, which lowers the individual commitment and allows diversification across assets and markets.

Fractional interests still carry real risk: property values move, tenants leave, and transfer opportunities can be limited or absent. Read the risk disclosures and the BRXXR Academy guides before deciding anything.

Where we're going

BRXXR starts in Florida, expands across the Southeast and then nationwide. Our long-term goal is a global property marketplace where investors anywhere can own and trade shares of homes in many countries.

Frequently asked questions

How does the BRXXR fractional real estate marketplace work?

An owner places a home into its own property company, it is evaluated and underwritten, offered under an SEC-qualified Regulation A offering, and after the holding period investors trade shares with each other.

Can I sell my shares?

Yes, once a property is eligible for secondary trading after the required holding period. BRXXRs pay no trading fees. Liquidity depends on other investors and is not guaranteed.

What are the risks of fractional real estate?

Fractional real estate carries risk of loss, illiquidity, vacancy, market decline and operator risk. Returns are not guaranteed. Read the BRXXR risk disclosures in full before participating.

Is BRXXR a securities exchange?

No. BRXXR is not a national securities exchange or broker-dealer. Secondary trades run on the SEC-registered alternative trading system operated by our FINRA-member broker-dealer partner. Liquidity is never guaranteed.
