Before Qualification
- Browse evaluated homes on the marketplace
- Show non-binding interest during Test-the-Waters
- No commitment and no money changes hands
- Helps us gauge demand before filing an offering
After SEC Qualification
- Invest through Texture Capital, our FINRA-member broker-dealer partner
- Receive distributions as described in the offering documents
- Trade once the series is Live, after the tenant 24-hour priority window (liquidity is not guaranteed)
- Pay no trading fees; BRXXR pays our broker-dealer partner's fees
BRXXR never holds more than 5% of any single property. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal.
What is a BRXXR?
A BRXXR is an investor on the BRXXR marketplace who browses evaluated properties, can indicate non-binding interest before an offering is qualified, and can invest once the offering is SEC-qualified under Regulation A.
Once you invest, you may receive distributions. Shares trade once the series is Live, through our FINRA-member broker-dealer partner, after the tenant 24-hour priority window. Liquidity is not guaranteed.
